a sweet stay by the lake
renovated room friendly staff
i found the newly renovated room to be lovely it had a fantastic view over the water. the staff were friendly i appreciated their help . the hotel location is close to an entrance onto the path, useful in bad weather. the valet parking was fast too.
i did experience issues with the tv it did not work properly. it was inconvenient i needed to call for assistance.

adequate stay near the waterfront
convenient location outdoor lounge small room expensive food
the location was convenient, close to the ferry terminal. i visited the islands. i found a kitchen market across the street open 24/7, convenient for getting fresh fruit. THE outdoor lounge area was nice, and i watched planes from there.
The room size was small for the price. I expected more space. i thought the food prices were high. $25 For a cheeseburger is expensive.

romantic harbor stay
smooth check-in leisure options
i loved the smooth check in. the staff welcomed me warmly. the arcade room and the pool offered great leisure options. breakfast had tasty choices. the location was excellent for visiting center island. it made exploration simple.
my car got a flat tire from the valet service. it required an immediate repair to drive home. the tire now has a bulge and i must replace it. this incident marred an otherwise expensive experience.

good location freshly cooked egg musty odor small bathroom
the hotel is in a good location overlooking the lake. the breakfast was good (especially the freshly cooked egg station!).
i was in the north tower, and the room was spacious. however, it seemed dated with a musty odor. the bathroom was very small.
